The agreement
Approli is operated by RedOpal Inc. (“RedOpal”, “we”, “us”). These terms are intended to form an agreement between RedOpal and the organization using Approli, and to govern access to and use of it. Where an employer has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything said here.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by an employer administrator, not by self sign-up.
- Credentials are personal and must not be shared.
- Administrators are responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to break the law, to attempt to gain access to another organisation's data, to interfere with the operation of the platform, or to upload malicious code.
Customer data
Employers retain ownership of the data they put into Approli. We use it to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available continuously, and carry out planned maintenance with notice where practical. Any committed service levels will be stated in the final version of these terms or in a signed agreement.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement in line with the terms of the relevant subscription. On termination, employers will be given an opportunity to export their data before it is deleted.
