Native applications, and the tools you already use.
Approli grows in two directions: native applications built specifically for the platform, and third-party integrations that connect tools customers already trust. The core stays the core.
Native applications
Built where depth matters.
Some things are worth building properly inside the platform, because they need the same employee records, the same permissions and the same audit trail. Budgetly is the first: budget and planning functionality that belongs to Approli rather than sitting beside it.
Native
Budgetly
Budget and planning built as part of the Approli ecosystem — the same people, the same departments, the same permissions, no second directory to maintain.
Integrations
Integrate where choice matters.
Approli does not need to rebuild every service a team already uses. Where a customer has picked a calendar, a chat tool or a file store, the sensible move is to connect to it rather than ask them to switch. Each connection is made from inside Approli by the person or administrator it belongs to, and can be disconnected at any time.
Approved leave placed on each person's own calendar, and kept in step when it changes.
New requests waiting for approval posted to the channel your administrators choose.
An employee document saved to your own Drive in one click, into an Approli folder.
An attendance report sent straight to a new spreadsheet instead of a download.
Leave decisions sent to the employee from the approver's own address.
Interview and review scheduling alongside the calendar entry. On the roadmap, not yet built.

Need something connected that is not listed?
Tell us what your team already uses. Integrations get built in the order customers actually ask for them.
